USA Wireless Solutions, founders David Khalepari and Richard Mertz have struck a deal to acquire Paramount Products Group from founder and CEO, Ezra Soumekh.

Khalepari has assembled an all star cast of industry experts and former USAWS employees including Greg Keushgerian, Kenny Novak, and Steve Legato.
